My daughter & I just moved in. We love the apartment! Lots of closet space, the kitchen is well thought out & has good counter space. We both love being on the water! Friendly staff always ready to help. Highly recommend!

I lived here for four years in a few different units. The location is great; it is down a quiet dead end street by the marina within walking distance to two popular bars. Nice and safe to take a walk by the water or around the neighborhood. You can drive to downtown Patchogue or the train station in minutes. The apartment itself was okay; a bit on the small side but nice and clean with some updates and central air. Very pet friendly. A good starter apartment or for an older person looking to... downsize. A few downsides are lack of amenities, overall poor insulation if you are on the ground floor ( No fault of management; it’s just an old building) and slow response of maintenance.

I moved in recently and I must say I love it! My apartment is beautiful and I couldn't be more happier. My agent was Dina and she was wonderful and helpful. You can tell she is a dedicated employee. Terence has also been great.
