This Place is awesome!

I just moved into the farmingville east location.Pam was my leasing agent she's awesome. I was so excited to come in and see the place was clean and smelled new and was move in ready. I haven't always had that. I saw Tom who is on property and I gave him the feedback. He was so grateful to hear I was happy. He is awesome as well as all the snow removal team I saw the day of the blizzard. I blinked my eyes and the snow was removed quickly. They are a very efficient friendly crew.

Great Apartment!

We immediately fell in love with the Fairfield Farmingville properties - the apartments are spacious, clean, quiet, and updated. Pam was a huge help in selecting our apartment. She spent several hours with us touring different floor plans until we found the one which met our needs. She was extremely responsive with all of our questions and even followed up after move-in to make sure we were settled. Pam and the rest of the staff have been very accommodating and wonderful to work with!

A Great Place To Live

My wife and I wanted the perfect place to live. We visited a few Fairfield Properties but fell in love with Fairfield at Farmingville. Pam was amazing and very helpful even after the move-in. She calls us right back and is there to help. Beautiful property and highly recommend!
