I moved in back in June super excited to move into my first apartment but as the months went on I became more and more disappointed.

For the price we pay I don’t see this place being worth it in the long run. The advertised amenities are a lie; the gym is “closed”, the clubhouse being renovated, the basket ball court locked up, tennis court unkept/unusable. The only thing that is open is the pool and barely because some days it’s closed for no reason when it’s hot and sunny. Aside from this I... live on a side of the complex that doesn’t get much sunlight so my apartment is dark plus with all the tree coverage the “grass” (real more like dirt and sand with tuffs of grass mixed in) doesn’t have a chance to dry so the mosquitos are insane. Our first month alone we couldn’t step foot outside without coming home with 50 mosquito bites on our legs (not an exaggeration I counted) and 5 more entering the house every time the door opened. This is bad but I think the worst part is the fact that no one and I mean NO ONE picks up after their dog. It’s utterly disgusting and ridiculous that I can’t walk my dog in the grassy areas without stepping on dog turds. It’s incredibly disrespectful to everyone to not pick up after your dog or to leave trash lying around on the pathways or fields. Speaking of which the laundry rooms are filthy, no one cleans up after themselves in there either.

So overall this has not been the best experience for us and we will most likely be looking elsewhere after our lease is up especially after we heard rumors of a 90$ rent increase per year. No thanks not worth it. Only positive to mention is that Joni was the best during the application process, super helpful/ friendly, and that the maintenance staff are wonderful but that’s about it. My boyfriend and I have just moved into this complex, and our experience has been five stars from our first phone call to Joni. From a prompt viewing of an apartment, to a smooth application process, we have no complaints. I've even called maintenance once, and he got back to me within minutes. Looking forward to our time here!

I just moved in with my family and we love it so far! Good neighbors and no complaints. Celeste who showed us the apartment and did our application with us is amazing! She has taken care of us since our first day seeing the apartment that we now live in. She is my go-to when I have any questions. :)

Don't live here, biggest scammed in the world. all they want money, heat don't work half the time, vents are dirty, closet door broken, loudest stairs and floors, stove doesn't work, but they want money.monet money. Can't WAIT til my lease is up.
