This is not just apartment living. This is living up.
All is nice overall. Would like to see landscapers trim overgrown shrubs/bushes better. During the pandemic nothing was maintained. Hence, shrubs/bushes have grown out of reach of the guy with the hedge trimmer. Most of what I mention is in the area of my residence, but not exclusively. Shrubs/bushes should be trimmed better along the sidewalks and front doors. The landscaping company could do better, imo. There is a lot of dead shrubs/bushes/foliage with a lot of mulch just covering dirt. Like to see something done about the 3 dead dogwood trees nearby. They were replaced several years ago, and the same thing has happened. No maintenance care given. The stakes are still chained to one tree, another tree grew at a 45 degree angle and is hanging over the sidewalk. lol! Note: The shrubs in front of my residence are not overgrown only because I have maintained them.
Also, the cut up, damaged speed bumps and pot holes...any repairs happening soon? Thanks.

We are sharing your concerns with our landscaping team and will be reviewing the areas you mentioned, including overgrown shrubs along sidewalks and entryways, as well as the dead shrubs and trees throughout the community. We will also ensure the dead dogwood trees are addressed and removed as needed.
Regarding the speed bumps and potholes, we recently announced the start of a multi-year paving project that will begin this summer. Over the next three years, the entire community will be fully repaved, and as part of this summer’s phase, major potholes along the main roadways will be repaired.

Its ok I wish there was a basketball court outside so we can play when we want to alot of us is not able to play when the leasing office is open
