Our experience at The Point at Pine Ridge has been positive. We just experienced our first snowfall of the season and they did a good job plowing and keeping everyone safe.

Like the quietness. Deer have started to roam the area, lol. Drive with caution. Been mentioned a few times...delivery services have an extremely difficult time finding an address. Numbers are weirdly out of order, e.g. building 14. Four doors in a row can go from 1401, 1417, 1418 to 1402. This would also help first responders. One sign per building is not helpful because most of them can't be seen and are faded.

My experience living at The Point at Ridge Pine has been wonderful. It’s been eight months since my husband and I moved in, and we truly love it here. The atmosphere is great, the community feels welcoming, and the customer service from Ana has been fantastic. Our neighbors are also very kind, which makes living here even better.
