This is such a pleasant community, where everybody here is extremely friendly. The grounds are Nice, and neatly taken care of, and everyone’s so kind and nice. I thank God we made the choice to come to this community because everything seems just perfect. We are very satisfied as new movers coming in.

Living here has been a generally good experience so far. The community is quiet and the property is kept in good condition. Maintenance has been responsive when needed, and the staff has been helpful and professional. The location is convenient and the amenities are nice to have. Like any community there are occasional minor issues, but overall it has been a comfortable place to live and a good environment.

While I have lived here for almost 20 years, I own property in the Midwest but want to remain here because I served in NYC and am a part of NY. I don't find the management here wanting to engage with those of us who have been a part of this community for so many years...they do not want to listen to problems that needs attention.
