We have a long history of renting to Hofstra, Adelphi, and area students and alumni. The size of the space is perfect for one person only. Great for a serious student, graduate student, medical resident, law student, or professor, who wants to be away from the on-campus scene but near enough for a short drive away. Location is a 2 short block walk to the Long Island Rail Road and Sunrise Highway. One block away from all the amenities of Bellmore Village such as restaurants, laundry, movies, gym, and shops.

If you prefer and require a quiet atmosphere this is the apartment for you. If your life style includes loud noise such as televisions, instruments, parties, loud guests, games and related this is not the space for you. Attentive and helpful landlord located on the premises. The space currently has a bed loft / desk combination unit as furnishing which can be utilized by the incoming tenant or removed as desired. Carpeted. Air conditioning window unit. Central heating. Refrigerator and microwave. No gas stove. Private bathroom. Parking is on the street only. Ample parking is always available. No pets. No smoking. Space for one person, only.
