Living @ Renaissance Baye for me has been a wonderful experience. I have not lived anywhere on Long Island that has been better than Renaissance Baye. Cheryl has been wonderful to work with and Emily is always polite and respectful As well as the whole management team. They all go above and beyond here. Living here is everything I love. It is quiet beautiful and clean, no complaints from me.

Living at Renaissance Bay has truly been a wonderful experience. From the moment you arrive, you can feel the welcoming atmosphere that makes it feel like more than just an apartment complex — it feels like a community. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable place to call home. One of the best parts about living at Renaissance Bay is the staff. They are professional, kind, and always willing to help residents whenever something comes up. Whether it’s the management team or maintenance, they work hard to make sure residents feel heard and supported. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the people who live here. Like any place you live, there can occasionally be small hiccups or situations that arise. However, what really stands out about Renaissance Bay is how the team handles those moments. They always do their best to address concerns quickly and fairly, working toward solutions that keep residents comfortable and satisfied. Overall, Renaissance Bay strives to create a seamless and enjoyable living experience. The combination of a great location, a well-kept community, and a dedicated staff makes it a place I’m happy to call home. I truly appreciate the effort they put into making Renaissance Bay a positive and welcoming place for everyone who lives here. FYI Cheryl, Jasmin and Jade are just a few names definitely worth mentioning they are incredible women who go above and beyond for the residents.

I have lived here for about 15 years and have to say love the new office management! Cheryl is always so lovely no matter how difficult a situation is she is approachable and helpful. Cheryl definitely gets things taking care of in a very timely fashion!. This is my home and I enjoy living here maintenance is always friendly and helpful , the events are fun and a great way to see my neighbors since we all have hectic lives! Would definitely recommend the complex

I have lived at Renaissance Bay in Patchogue for the past 3 years. I renewed an 18 month lease because I was very happy living here for the first year. I dealt with Nicole and Jennifer my first year with some issues which were solved immediately. They really knew excellent customer service and how to deal with the tenants. During my second year, I met Cheryl and she exceeded my expectations, even more so. She couldn't do enough for me each time I spoke to her. Each of my concerns, which weren't many, were solved in the quickest way possible and to my delight made me very pleased. I would recommend Renaissance Bay highly for all families. The amenities are great. Take advantage of them. There is plenty of do. Theresa
