Huge apartment, so much sunlight, so much better than local landlords. Great for young professionals who don’t want to deal with snow removal or fixing a broken A/C unit. I submit a maintenance request and it’s fixed the next day. 5 stars.

I stayed for 12 months. I worked at Stony Brook Hospital I had no major problems. Paid my rent on time they gave me no issues when leaving. Only complaints I was the other tenants smoking outside. If you are renting to apartment 146B there will be a man next to the window that smokes over 40 cigarettes a day (I'm not exaggerating) and you will not be able to open your windows 365 days of the year, no exaggeration. I complained to management nothing was done. They said they will deal with it... when they felt necessary which never came. I had to keep my windows closed and could not get fresh air in my bedroom or kitchen. Also, laundry machines lent boxes are never cleaned. EVER! Other than that maintenance was nice and didn't have other issues. Nice apartment.

This apartment is not for students. There's a lot of hidden money that they will make you spend aside from rent. In addition, they gives only one day to pay rent and if for any reason, you fail, they puts legal charges with lots of money. Worst rental policy.
