The place is relatively good. Nice amenities, nice pool. But the rent is very expensive, and the parking is super stressful. You cannot find a spot after 9pm. And you are forced to pay for parking.

Alston at Station Yards is a very relaxing, enjoyable environment with skilled and friendly staff in all areas, good amenities including exercise rooms with good variety of equipment and free weights, nice pool(s), good common rooms in the buildings, lots of group activities for those who are interested, and only a block away from the train station and from the newer Station Yard with all the excellent restaurants. Overall, I can't think of a better place to live in Long Island
