5 minutes from the G train is my renovated duplex condo in a 6 story apartment building. Your room is the entire lower level, accessible by taking the elevator or stairs down one level and then entering from your own entrance.... You'll also have direct access to the private courtyard, your own 1/2 bathroom and a washer + dryer. I'm one floor up on the ground level with a large kitchen, and the full bathroom we'd share. Additionally, there's a shared rooftop with BBQ's and a gym on the 6th floor. You'll receive a dongle key to enter the building and then a key to enter your room.

I've never had a male housemate, and I'm looking for another woman to rent the space.
